Golden Opportunities' Auction Brings Smiles to Marshall Lane Manor
Helen M. was the lucky winner of this cuddly teddy bear at the Chinese auction that Golden Opportunities conducted at Marshall Lane Manor. More than 40 residents participated by placing their free tickets in buckets assigned to a variety of prizes that included a quilt, a model car, a sweatshirt, a picture book, and a NASCAR hat, among others. Said Megan Mondo, the facility’s Director of Recreation, “This was great. It was something new to us, and the residents really had fun. They were smiling and laughing all day.”

Golden Opportunities is scheduled to conduct Chinese auctions at other facilities for St. Patrick’s Day, April Fool’s Day, and Memorial Day.
